Arbitration
Commercial arbitration in India and abroad, from drafting the clause to enforcing or challenging the award.

What this covers
Most substantial commercial contracts in India now send their disputes to arbitration. The outcome often turns on decisions taken long before any dispute: how the clause was drafted, where the arbitration is seated and which rules apply.
Agreya Legal advises at each stage. The firm drafts and reviews arbitration agreements, acts in the reference itself, and appears in the court proceedings that surround it.
Those court proceedings include applications to appoint arbitrators, applications for interim protection, and proceedings to enforce an award or to have it set aside.
