Mr Kakkar founded Agreya Legal after twenty-six years in the legal branch of the Indian Air Force, where he sat as a judge in courts-martial and retired as Joint Judge Advocate General (Air).
He has practised as an advocate in New Delhi since 2012.
Biography
Wing Commander Ajit Kakkar (Retd.) is the founder of Agreya Legal. He practises as an advocate before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
He came to the Bar after twenty-six years in the legal branch of the Indian Air Force. In that time he sat as a judge in courts-martial at Air Force stations and commands, served as Deputy Command Judge Advocate advising senior commands, and rose to Joint Judge Advocate General (Air), the post from which he retired.
He enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2012 and has practised in New Delhi since. He works in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
